Welcome to the Ambassador Homecoming Reunion page.  Below is the itinerary for the weekend.  Please contact us with any questions or suggestions!

Reservation Procedure – Individual Call-In: Attendees may call the hotel's reservations department at 972-980-8877 during REGULAR business hours, and ask for Andrea Reid.  The discount code has expired, but Andrea will hook you up.

(Just a heads up that parking is 14 dollars per day.)

When you arrive, you will receive a lanyard with your name on one side and the itinerary on the other if you are attending the Saturday night event.  If you are only attending the Friday night event, you will receive a bracelet.

The activities so far are as follows:

Friday (July 7th): Check in at the hotel begins at 3:00 p.m.

A mixer will take place beginning at 6:00 p.m.

Saturday (July 8th): There will be a Chorale get together for any Chorale members that would like to attend.  This will be at noon at an off campus location.

The reunion will begin at 6:00 p.m. This will include a buffet style dinner, cash bar and dancing to a live D.J. .

Sunday (July 9th):  For those who wish to, we will be taking an afternoon tour of the campus at Big Sandy. For those who need transportation, we will be arranging a carpool situation.

Check out is at noon, unless you choose to stay another night.  The hotel has said they will let us have the same room rate for Sunday night.
